Kayla Young
A local from the MOT area and graduate of the University of Delaware’s Hospitality Program, Kayla has always been ambitious with her career in the hospitality industry. At a young age, while still in college, Kayla was the Assistant Dining Room Manager at the Wilmington Country Club where she gained experience in dealing with a variety of cliental, fine dining and catering events. She then found a passion of working with the elderly at retirement communities in their food service programs.
In 2015 she began working at Washington College, a beautiful historic College along Maryland’s Eastern shore as the Catering Director, where she hosted countless events for the students, faculty and President of the College.
After 4 years as the Catering Director, Kayla was promoted to Assistant Director of Washington College’s Dining Services Program. Her contract at Washington College ended Summer of 2022. Kayla has always dreamed of owning her own business in the hospitality industry and found an opportunity with luxury white bouncehouses to start “The Party Girls”.
Madyson Ellsworth
Born and raised in the MOT area Madyson has always had a passion for makeup. Moving to Pittsburgh Sophomore year of high school she decided to attended Parkway West CTC, graduating in 2016 with her Cosmetology license.
While in high school Madyson worked at a local hair salon for 5 years gaining experience as a makeup artist. She then started working for JL Makeup Studio in 2018 growing her love for the wedding industry in the Pittsburgh area.
In 2021 Madyson started her own makeup business called Mad Red Makeup LLC. She is now fully booked with bridal parties during wedding season. Madyson is now moving back to her home state. She is ready to make the move and start “The Party Girls” with her sister.
